Greenstik is able to cater for all trade conversion needs. Whatever your slitting requirement, we have the expertise and machinery to convert a wide range of substrates including: Paper, PVC, Foils, Non Woven and much, much more.
We have been ISO BRC/Iop & BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accredited since 2005. This allows us to cater for specialist slitting requirements, from customers own label stock, to materials destined for the automotive, aerospace and food packaging materials.
We slit most common flexible materials including:
- Film
- Foam
- Felt
- Foil
- Paper
- Laminates
- Textiles
Our size range is from 20mm up to 1.7m in 1mm increments.
Greenstik also offer a web cleaning service. We currently have a 480mm, single surface web cleaning system with dual ionising bars to elininate static generated in the cleaning process. Should your requirement be wider than 480mm, we are able to clean up to 620mm using other methods.
